Andrew Hill is an artist and graphic designer based between Halifax, Nova Scotia and Tallinn, Estonia. He works in the arts & culture field, collaborating on design projects with universities, galleries, publishers, and artists. These projects take the form of books, posters, websites, and exhibitions.

He is the founder of the Halifax Art Book Fair, OTCHO, and Special Characters.
